Upon graduating from the University of Texas business school in the mid ‘90s, Kathy worked for Fortune 100 clients handling consulting engagements in high-growth, high-risk locations throughout Asia, Latin America and Europe. She then spent some time away from corporate life to raise her daughter, only to struggle to re-enter the workforce In the midst of the global recession in 2009.
After an arduous and difficult transition back to work, Kathy went on to hold leadership positions in various tech companies. She ultimately left the corporate world in 2018 to launch her own venture, sourcing independent designer brands from Korea and Denmark for fashion-forward professional women.
As an entrepreneur, a working mom, and a long-time hiring manager, she understands the most critical steps in pursuing that next, great career adventure. Her approach is outcomes-focused, with clear and steady progression every step of the way.
